My Opinion about President Duterte

Good Qualities of President Rodrigo Duterte

1.  He is a Mayor of Davao for so many years so he knows how to handle people and lead them well.
2.  He wants peace and equality for everyone.
3.  He travel to other countries just to talk to the president of those.
4.  He always think for the goodness of his people.
5.  He has a good track of record in the government.
6.  The number of drug addiction in our country drops some of them surrendered because they are afraid to die.
7.  "No Smoking" on public places

Economy is very important in a country, because the lives of the people and the development of the country is based on the economy.In case of calamities, those countries will help and donate for our fellow citizens that is a victim of calamities. I think travelling of our president to other countries and be friends with them can help our economy in the way of exporting goods to them. Good economy will have a good effect on business activities that will promote employment to the people and more contribution on the Philippine's economy. 

Qualities of Him that I think needs an Improvement

1. Many innocent people died because of the "Oplan Tokhang"
2. No mercy in killing our fellow Filipinos without investigating them first. They should 
3. Our economy goes down maybe because he mainly focuses on issue of drugs.
4. He should lessen bad mouthing because children might influence to say bad words
5. The amount of dollar to peso gets high which means that we are having a problem in our economy.
6.  He is also a womanizer which is not good because women deserve to be loved and be respected.

As I observed our president during his reign since last year, he focuses on killing those drug addicts, not noticing that our economy is going down. 

We all know that the economy has a big impact in business. It affects small and big businesses. When economy drops, stocks will fall and dividends will slump, credit impairments and worse bankruptcy. Business that experiences financial problem will likely to reduce the number of their employees, when that happens unemployment rate will increase. Or maybe they will reduce the benefits of their employees which is not also good. Cuts to quality of goods and services, manufacturer may also suffer. We all know that quality is very important in a business. It will reduce the consumer access like advertising and marketing because it costs a lot. Also, small businesses would likely not survive because of the cost reserves from big businesses. Bankruptcy of small businesses that serves the community will be a big problem not only for the small business owners but also for the people living near them. 

I hope that our President will help us solve our problem in the economy before it gets worse. Many people is aiming for a peaceful and rich country and only him can give us those.

It teaches us that there's more to life, even if you think that there's no more reason to live, don't give up, because it is not too late to fix everything. No matter how hard the situation is, there's still light to guide you. There is someone who will help to fix you. Someone who will guide you in every decision you will make. This song can change the life of a person.

I like this song because it means so much to me, it is meaningful and inspirational. I can be a someone who will help a person to fix his/her life. I have a best friend who thinks that life is meaningless and there's no reason for her to live because she has a lot of problems in her family, studies, love life and her friends. I do not let her to think that way. I don't let her to get mad in life and to the Lord. I gave her a lot of advice. It is not easy for me to do that at first but I just think that I can change her outlook in life. I don't give up until she's not okay. It takes a lot of time and patience but it was worth it because she is now happy with her life. She now sees the positive side of life.

I've been through a lot too but my parents serves us my guide in the correct path. They raise me as a strong individual and can be an inspiration to someone because life goes on and everything happens for a reason.

God gave us lives, we should be thankful and value it. ♥

The Feeling of Graduating ♥

All of us dream to finish our studies especially college level. We and our parents sacrifices just to finish our studies. We invest a lot of time and money for our study just to get a better life in the near future.

Being a student is not easy. We should be responsible for us to pass our subjects. I experience a lot of hardship when I reach fourth year level in college. On-the-job training and Feasibility Study are my subjects at the same time. Time management is so much needed for me to finish my OJT early and to pass paper works right on time.

I just experienced a lot of complications because only on the evening is our allotted to time to make our thesis because we have class and OJT in the morning 'til afternoon. Since it is evening my parents did not allow me at first because it is not safe for me to go home late in the evening. But I explained to them everything and finally they allow me but they want me to stay the whole night at my partner's house and go home in the morning so that I will be safe.

On my On-the-job training, I gained a lot of knowledge and experience. I enjoyed everything during those days. I do my internship in UPLB Accounting Office. The employees there were approachable and kind. They thought me a lot of things they do in the office. Now that my OJT is done I miss the office, I miss the people there. One thing I realized on my OJT, it's just that I love working. I enjoy working which is a very good thing. I do not feel the tiredness because I enjoy what I'm doing.

Sleepless nights and stressful days especially cramming became normal for me. Also, I have major and minor subjects this semester so when it is exam week I am so stress and I don't know what will I do first. But then, I learned how to prioritize things.

Now that my OJT and final defense is done I feel so relieved that finally, this is it. Graduation is real. I now feel that awesomeness that I accomplished everything needed for me to graduate. Although we are not so done in our feasibility study because it needs to be revised and have to submit the final paper on March 15. I now feel the true feeling of being a graduating student. I will miss everything during my life in college. Friends, school, teachers, subjects, everything.

It's such an amazing feeling that all of my hardships will soon be paid off. ♥ Now that our graduation is near I feel AMAZING and AWESOME. Amazing because I can't believe that finally I accomplished everything so well. Nothing can beat this feeling. All I am feeling right is so much HAPPINESS. ♥☺

My DREAM Wedding ♥

Each one of us falls in love. They say that "Where there is love, there is life." Falling in love is nature in every living thing that God has been made. Even animals falls in love. Love changes people. Love can make you happy, even makes you sad. We may experience a lot of pain from a broken heart. It will take a long time before we meet the person that can change our life. The person who can be by your side forever. The person who can love us truly.

When we found the one, the person who can compensate the love that we give. To be married to the person you love the most is the most priceless moment you've ever had. For me, marriage is one of the most memorable moment in every person's life.

Each person has their own dream wedding, so am I. For me wedding is sacred, so I want the traditional church wedding. I'll wear a long white wedding gown that symbolizes purity and glass shoes just like Cinderella. My partner will be wearing the Filipino national dress, the Barong Tagalog. Our motif will be color pink. We will be wearing a gold white gold wedding rings. I want my wedding to be just like the ancient time. I want all of our friends and love ones to be there to witness our wedding vows.

After the wedding, there is a wedding reception. We will go there riding on a white car. I want the reception to be garden like with many beautiful flowers. Foods will be prepared Filipino Style. I want a 6-layer cake. After we eat there will be programs like gift giving, messages from our families, and we will dance sweetly before we end the program.

Advocacy in CDLB

    Advocacy is a legal proposal of something that people want to implement in a certain organization. In every organization advocacy is very important.

    Here in CDLB, I noticed that most of the students in every course have gap specially when there is a competition, we see each other as competitor which is not good. Students should have unity and treat each other as friends not as an enemy or competitor. Therefore, the school should provide more activities like team building that will develop the relationship of every students, for them to become as one. An organization where people have unity and treat each other very well is a healthy organization.

     Since the population of the school gets higher because many students from public schools came here for K-12. The school improved their facilities. They renovated each room. They repainted it and make it air-conditioned, but there is another problem that they need to pay attention, the comfort rooms. Since this school have primary, secondary and tertiary level, I think it's better when each level must have their own comfort rooms. Where we students should be responsible in using. 

    When I came into this school, whenever it's our vacant we just rest and wait in the hall, but today they make it rooms also. The angel park becomes our resting and waiting place but the benches are always dirty and when it is sunny it's always hot because the roof is plastic only. They should also improve it because many students chooses to go out and find a place where they can rest instead of staying inside.

     Lastly, it is better if they put up a speech laboratory for the students to improve their communication skills and things that will help them develop their skills and talents, for example, a music room. 

What I am 20 years from now?

Many of us still wondering what we are in the future. What will happen to us after so many years? But all we want is to have a good future, to be a successful person. In this blog, I will discuss how I see myself 20 years from now. 

One year from now, I am 21 years old and I already finished college. I see myself working in a government organization with a salary of 10,000php above. After I get my salary, I will give all of it to my parents, because they are my priority since I don't have my own family yet. It is okay for me if nothing of my salary left, because that's a good start for the first income I would have. I want to get back all the hardships and sacrifices they've given me. 

After 5 years, I am a Certified Public Accountant and will be married to the man I love and will start planning for our future family. I and my husband will start saving money to build our own house to live on our own and will not depend on others. My dream is a big house, mansion like, that have three floors, that has a balcony and a rooftop. My salary from this time is above 50,000php.

After 10 years my life is stable. I earn for about 200,000 above because I am a CEO from a well-known company. From this time, I have twin children. We have the latest Lexus sports car. We have a happy and complete family. I will also gave my parents their dream house beside my house. I see them living happily. From this time also I am starting to have my own business. An apartment and a resto-bar. The apartment is the business I want while the resto-bar is my partner's dream business.

After 15 years, the businesses we established were successful. I want to establish more businesses, so that when I retire I have more to do with my life, enjoying it while earning. I want my life, our life to be stable, gave my children all their needs and give them a happy life and a good education.

Finally, after 20 years, I see myself sitting on a chair, inhaling fresh air, watching on a sunrise while having coffee, with a smile on my face, because I know that all of my dreams come true. All my mission in life was accomplished, and I am the happiest person on earth. 

About Acounting Management

My course is Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting Management in Colegio de Los Baños. Management is all about planning, controlling, directing, organizing, and selecting. It's about leading and managing people in the organization. People who are management expert are managers. They are the one responsible in creating a good ambiance and promote unity in the organization, so that his/her employees works well. Since my course is major in Accounting Management, accounting is involve. The basic meaning I can think of is that accounting management is managing financial data in the organization. 

Honestly, this course is not my choice, it's my mother's choice. I'm familiar in accounting before I entered college because we have a subject that discusses accounting. I already know the basic accounting. The debit and credit, the T-accounts. I can say that I am not that good in accounting when I was in high school. So when I entered college and enrolled in that course I have doubts and what ifs. Like what if I will not pass my accounting subjects, what if I will not graduate on time, but as the time goes by, I changed my mindset. Because nothing good will happen if I remain being a pessimist. Nothing of my accounting subjects failed. So today, I am now a fourth year student and will graduate this year. 

Many things has changed. My goals in life also changed. I want to do more in my life. So after I graduated BSBA major in Accounting Management, I am planning to study for two more years again and will take up BS Accountancy the will take the CPA board exam for me to become a successful Certified Public Accountant, because this is my goal, this is my dream and I will do my best to reach it.
